Barcelona Assisted Living is locally owned and operated and sister company of Biltmore Assisted Living which has been in existance since 1998. Our staff here at Barcelona are all certified nursing assistants and take pride in providing the best care to meet the needs of our residents.

Barcelona Assisted living was established in October 2011.   Barcelona Assisted Living is a fine establishment staffed with the top of the line certified nursing assistants and is equipped to meet the needs of each indivdual resident. Barcelona Assisted Living is setting the standard to Bed & Breakfast for our seniors in long term care.

Why We Are Different

At Barcelona Assisted Living we feel If you can't be with a loved one you want them to feel at home a place that they feel like family.  We cater to the community that is trying to stay away from the large corporate places where the environment becomes a carnival and they no longer are catering to your family member, but to you.  Our focus is your loved one, that they still continue a private setting, yet they are allowed to have daily activities without feeling the intrusion of strangers, as a large facility present causing confusion and at times depression.
